The Global Pharma Tracker Project
The GPT was presented and demonstrated to the Pharma.Aero User Board and key departments in major pharmaceuticals shippers such as Pfizer, MSD and Johnson & Johnson, which acknowledged that the GPT is a value-adding tool to their supply chain management. Shipment data (e.g. milestones and activity duration, temperature events etc.) made available in a data warehouse format allows shippers to perform analysis. With AI and machine learning, more fine-grained predictive and prescriptive decision-making on a trade lane could be achieved.
Mediconed was involved in coordinating and initiating parts of the project in order to optimize the digitization of complex life science air cargo supply chains. We steered the project form a conceptual idea to a prototype project in using full digital supply chain.

The Airport-to-Airport Pharma Corridor Project
The airport-to-airport Pharma Corridor protocol provided key information in order to ensure quality assurance is in place to protect product integrity and prevent pharma product loss. Connecting all the dots across a supply chain has never been easy and one of the major outcomes of the corridor was to provide an unprecedented level of transparency to the entire pharmaceutical supply chain. It conferred visibility and insight to industry stakeholders in identifying areas of improvement with regard to process and performance.
Mediconed was involved in managing the project team and delivering the conclusive reports related to the project.

Mediconed has been in charge of the entire development of themes related to industries in Life Science and Supply Chain industries. Health Application Development Project
Recently, Mediconed was part of the architect teams in developing health applications for the international health care industries. It is clear that biopharma and medtech organizations will be looking for new ways to create value and new metrics to make sense of all the available data. New patient-centric models have been adopted within the industry, setting the foundation of personalized health care. It is all about creating value for all stakeholders, in which health applications are now in the speeding up process shaping the future health care models, therapies and patients’ experiences, intertwined with different digital platforms and data sources.
Mediconed has been in charge of creating projects from scratch in developing health applications, focusing on the patient’s experience, education and guidance in order to enlarge the impact of a certain therapy. Mediconed was involved in the first edition of the 5th Conference on Digital Health.
