The driving force behind our company is Frank Van Gelder. He relies on many years of experience in different industries related to Life Science, MedTech and Medical Industry. He has been a senior consultant lead for numerous projects related to critical supply chains, IT health application development, and educational projects in the medical field on a wide international scale.

Frank is highly involved in the quality improvements process of critical supply chains of high-sensitive products. His analytical and technical skills drive new innovative approaches in managing these types of critical supply chain projects.

With Mediconed, he is a strong believer of disruptive and innovative approaches in which he favors training and education as keys to success. He is also a university guest lecturer.

Creation of interactive cognitive simulators with use in both desktop and virtual reality with the choice of best technology for this solution, were recently added to his project development skills.
